Hampi Tour Packages from Bangalore | 2 Day Hampi Trip Itinerary & Price
Hi Explorers,
Your weekend trip to Hampi starts with an early morning arrival. You'll have time to get ready and eat breakfast before you start exploring. The first stop on the trip is Anegundi Village, one of the oldest places in the area. There, you can visit a local handicraft shop and enjoy the charm of village life while looking at beautiful handmade crafts made by local artisans.
The next stop on the adventure is the beautiful Sanapur Lake, which is surrounded by huge boulders and clear water. Travelers can do fun things like cliff jumping and the traditional coracle boat ride (which they pay for themselves), making this one of the most exciting parts of the trip. You can have lunch (on your own) after spending time by the lake.
Get ready for the best part of the trip in the evening: a sunset hike to a secret viewpoint with amazing views of Hampi's unique rocky landscape. The group goes to one of Hampi's famous vibing cafés after the trek to unwind, eat some good food, and soak up the relaxed travel atmosphere before spending the night in Hampi.
The next day starts early with a refreshing hike to Anjanadri Hills, which people think is where Lord Hanuman was born. From the top, you'll see a beautiful sunrise and the holy Maha Mangalarathi, which will make for a calm and spiritual start to the day. After they get back, breakfast is served, and then the group checks out before starting their tour of Hampi's heritage.
The first big stop is the beautiful Vittala Temple Complex, which is home to the famous Stone Chariot, one of India's most famous and photographed landmarks. After lunch (which you pay for yourself), the tour continues to some of Hampi's most famous monuments, such as Sasuvekallu Ganesha, the historic Elephant Stables, the impressive Ugra Narasimha, the sacred Badavilinga, and the elegant Queen's Bath. Each of these buildings tells the story of the Vijayanagara Empire.
As the day comes to an end, the group goes to Hemakoota Hills to see a beautiful sunset over the old ruins. After that, they go to the historic Virupaksha Temple, which is one of the oldest temples still in use in India.
