What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
The Organizers have to be informed 48 hours before the event start time if you wish to cancel/postpone your event.

No refund/postponing is allowed within 48 hours regardless of the reason (Health, Family, Office etc).
Copravasi may have to cancel the event due to factors beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Curfews, disease outbreaks etc.
* Once you confirm participation on the new trip, all standard Cancellation policies will apply.
Separate window and space (usually at night) at campsite/homestay for interested people with some basic conditions.
No Luxury: We assure awesome memories every trip, but not awesome facilities. We provide basic food, travel & accommodation.
The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule are permitted.
Absolutely No littering during our travels. We swear to protect our environment.
Co-operate with the organizer(s) in following the schedule (especially morning readiness) to ensure no fun is missed.
Travelers are responsible for their own safety. No illegal/silly activities causing harm to others.
Travelers must sign a liability/waiver form after boarding, discharging Copravasi of unexpected incidents.
Sites may be skipped/changed due to weather, animals, or police/forest blocks. Alternative places provided if time permits.
Respect each other and help fellow travelers. Avoid discussions on sex, politics, religion, caste, or race.
Abusive language, eve-teasing, physical assault, or arguing with organizers will lead to being deserted by Copravasi.
